About the app

A practice space for talks that actually land.

The Unforgettable Speaker turns the Ready Room™ method into a place to rehearse, get feedback, and prepare before the real thing. It is built for speakers who want to get better, not just read about getting better: a step-by-step workbook to shape your talk, a recorder to practice it, and AI analysis on pace, filler words and vocal variety so you know what to fix before you walk on stage.

Meet the founder

Portrait of Meridith Grundei, founder of The Unforgettable Speaker

The person who could walk into any room and make something happen.

For most of her career, Meridith Grundei was exactly that. As a director, actor and improv artist, she knew how to hold attention. What she didn't know was how to build something that was hers.

The call from Amazon

Six months after not getting a job at Amazon Web Services (AWS), they called her anyway. She was brought in to develop the speaker curriculum for the Amazon New Voices program and facilitate the live, virtual trainings. She also coached speakers in person at re:Invent, AWS's biggest global conference.

What started as one conversation turned into three years with the program. They started with 400 applicants. In 2026 they had over 900.

That work became the foundation for her trademarked Ready Room™ method: a six step process for preparing a talk that actually lands, from first draft to the moment you walk on stage. Meridith now works with executives, founders and enterprise teams to shape clear, decision ready communication in high stakes environments.

Why she built The Unforgettable Speaker

The work Meridith does with executives isn't cheap. Most people who could use it will never book a session.

She built The Unforgettable Speaker to close that gap. It takes the Ready Room™ method, the same framework she uses with leaders at AWS, Visa and Panasonic, and puts it within reach of anyone who wants to get better at speaking. A simple framework, and a place to actually practice it.
