Refund Policy

If you're not satisfied with a Ready Room Club membership or a Spotlight Review, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — including after Meridith has delivered your review notes. If a review has not yet been delivered, we'll refund it and remove your submission from the queue.

Email us at meridith@grundeicoaching.com from the address you used at checkout, telling us what you bought and when. We'll process the refund through Stripe, our payment processor. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

You can cancel your Ready Room Club membership at any time from your account page. You'll keep access and your remaining monthly reviews until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again. Cancelling isn't the same as a refund — if you're within 30 days of a charge, request a refund as described above.

If something has gone wrong, please contact us first — we'd rather fix it or refund you directly than have you raise a chargeback with your bank. A refunded Spotlight Review is removed from the review queue, and a refunded membership payment ends access immediately.
