By creating an account or continuing to use the service you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it. If you are agreeing as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age in your country.

You must give accurate registration details and keep them current. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for everything done under your account.

You must not use the service unlawfully; commit fraud or send spam; infringe anyone's intellectual property; upload recordings of people who have not consented to being recorded and reviewed; or interfere with the security of the service, including introducing malware, probing our systems, or scraping the platform.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within the plan you have selected. We retain ownership of the service, its software, branding and the Ready Room™ Method, including its step structure, F.O.C.U.S. and STAR frameworks, and all documentation. You may not reverse engineer the service, resell or redistribute it, or circumvent technical limits.

You keep ownership of your scripts, workbook answers and recordings. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to provide the service — including sending audio and text to our AI providers to generate coaching feedback, and making a submitted recording available to the reviewer for a Spotlight Review.

Parts of the service generate feedback using AI. Output may be inaccurate or incomplete, it is educational in nature, and it is not professional, legal, medical or financial advice. You are responsible for what you say in your own talks and for checking anything the AI suggests before you use it. You are responsible for having the rights to any content you input.

A Spotlight Review is a professional opinion on a talk you submit, delivered as written notes plus a 30-minute debrief call to be booked within 90 days of the notes being delivered. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, booking, placement or audience response.

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Orders are sold by us and payments are processed securely by Stripe, our payment processor. Card details are entered directly with Stripe and are never stored by us. Applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. Billing, renewal, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by these terms and by our Refund Policy. Ready Room Club memberships renew monthly until cancelled; you may cancel at any time from your account page and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination you may request an export of your content within 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we exclude indirect, consequential or special damages including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, and the courts of that state have jurisdiction. You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it in connection with a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
